The community consists of one to four bedroom town homes and luxury Mountain style single patio homes that have maintenance like town homes.

These are built in clusters on the side of the mountain adjacent to the ski slopes at Jack Frost Mountain. To be fair to this discussion many are walk able to the slopes .. however there are some that are just too far to walk.

There are also two clusters built around small ponds for a "lakefront" feeling.

Snow Ridge Village is professionally managed and in great condition.

Many homes at Snow Ridge are walk able to the ski slopes at Jack Frost Ski Resort. There are a few homes directly adjacent to the ski slopes. This is the only western Poconos community that has homes directly on the slopes. Though, you must travel a little distance through the woods on the side of the ski slope to gain access.

Snow Ridge Village has cozy one to three bedroom Poconos vacation rentals nestled in the woods near the slopes at Jack Frost Mountain one of the major Pocono ski resorts. These homes are adjacent to the ski slopes and near (about 5 miles) Big Boulder lake where there is fishing, beach, and boat rentals at the OPTIONAL Boulder Lake Club.

All Snow Ridge homes feature a spacious living room with a stone fireplace, a formal dining room, and a roomy kitchen complete with microwave oven. Some have Multiple person hot tubs. Most come fully equipped and ready to use or rent as of day of closing.

New homeowners might want to check with Boulder Lake Club at Big Boulder lake for access to amenities including tennis courts, volleyball and basketball, fishing at Porter Run Preserve, plus swimming, boating, and sunbathing at the beach at Big Boulder. Jack Frost National Golf course has recently been added and is within driving distance of a mile or so.
