Woodloch Springs is the residential part of Woodloch Pines resort. Located just outside of Hawley, PA. The neighborhood is sited around a golf course, has a community pool, clubhouse and small restaurant. With mostly vacation homes the neighborhood is more than golf oriented as residents can arrange for access to amenities at the resort and destination spa that is adjacent. The draw of Woodloch Springs is its family activities and slightly isolated location in the northern Poconos Mountains about 2 hours from Manhattan. Woodloch Springs homes come in 4 or 5 different floor plans and many have been customized. Most have views of the golf course. Many have direct access.
