How is Your Neighborhood Doing in the Current Market?
On April 30, 2011 we did an analysis of 26 Poconos neighborhoods to see how each was doing regarding the current supply of homes for sale in relationship to the total number of homes in each neighborhood. Neighborhoods were picked at random and were diverse as to location and style of homes. Neighborhoods with higher yearly maintenance costs and those that have town homesas part of the mix have a higher percent of homes for sale. The neighborhoods with lower maintenance costs and that are predominately single family homes on smaller lots have a smaller supply of available homes for sale. |
